Questions or concerns about your medicines?

A MedsCheck is a face-to-face conversation with a pharmacist about your regular medicines and any questions or concerns you have.

A funded MedsCheck is provided at no charge to eligible patients. Eligibility includes people taking five or more prescription medicines, as well as people who meet other program criteria. Our pharmacist can check whether you are eligible.

A review may be worth discussing if you:

• Take five or more prescription medicines
• Find it hard to remember what to take, or when to take it
• Have concerns about how your medicines are working
• Find it difficult to take your medicines regularly
• Have trouble swallowing your tablets or capsules

Bring your prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins and supplements. Your pharmacist will listen to your concerns and talk through practical next steps. If remembering doses or swallowing medicines is difficult, we can also discuss whether a weekly medicines pack or another support may suit you.
