3. Keep the lights low

4. Avoid your phone or TV
Blue light tricks your brain into thinking it’s daytime. Read a paper book or listen to gentle music instead.
5. Do a “body scan” relaxation
Focus on relaxing one body part at a time — head to toe. It helps ease muscle tension.
6. Keep the bedroom cool and comfortable
